It's bean a while...

Hello,

Sorry I haven't posted in a long time, I've been quite busy... and lazy. I haven't got around to editing PAINT yet but I will. I just finished rereading the second third of my book for my writing course. I hope Mary likes it. And with Christmas I've been doing the usual holiday things such as cooking and the like. That's pretty much the busy part, the lazy part is probably because of the Wii U. It's awesome and I've been playing it almost nonstop since I acquired it. I want to add something to a previous post I made about Target lying. They still do but I found out something about them and another big conglomerate that's even worse. As you know I preorder my Wii U at Walmart by putting it on layaway, well they sold the console they were supposed to hold for me. My panic subsided when I found that Target had a large abundance of them. When I was there I met a boy who preorder a system at another Target and they too sold his to someone else. It was a ridiculous but it turned out good. Walmart gave me a $50 gift card and all my money back and the system was cheaper at Target with all the taxes. So it turned out good in the end but in the middle it was pretty crazy and hectic. The moral of this story is don't trust anyone.

Until next time,

The PAINT Series

Hello everyone,

It been a while since I last posted. I haven't started going through the mistakes in PAINT yet, but I will get to it soon. I finished PAINTERS on Halloween like I wanted. It's not a final draft, but all the important stuff is there. I ended it exactly one year after the third book, PAINT THINNER.
Speaking of horror I was reading an article on NWR (Nintendo World Report) about the scariest moments in video games. I was shocked that Friday the 13th for the NES didn't make it onto the list. To this day that game still scares me. Every time I go into a house to save a camper and I turn the corner and the hockey-masked murder pops out of nowhere I jump and occasionally scream. And that game Clock Tower (I'm not sure if that's one word or two), I never played it myself but I saw my uncle play it when I was little and it scared the crap out of me. That crazy kid with the giant scissors that chases you. I didn't like it.
Any who, that be it for now.

Pu Evig Reven.

P.S. I meant to say "Last night" not "Last not" in my last post.

TARGET LIES... Or at least that woman who works there does.

Pre-orders,

I have been on the hunt for a Wii U pre-order ever since they sold out at Gamestop. I called everywhere looking for one, Target mostly, I called them every day and they kept saying to call back. One day when I was at Target I asked two employs if they knew if they were going to be selling and pre-orders. The man wasn't sure, but the woman seemed pretty definite when she said no. So I stopped calling and a few days later got one at Walmart, you already know the story if you read my previous post. And then Saturday, two days ago Saturday, I went to Target, a different Target, and they had pre-orders for the Nintendo Wii U. Even though I was already guaranteed a system it really made me mad. The moral of this story is don't trust anyone, 'cause they lie and they suck.
So anyway if any of you out there still want to pre-order the Wii U and haven't had the chance, head on over to your local Target store. I'd call ahead of time though to make sure they have some still in stock. Hopefully you won't be one of those douches that just buys the Wii U so you can sell it to the people who really want one. Some people I know have told me to do that, but no. I'm not that kind of person.

Until next time,
Pu Evig Reven

P.S. Just wanted to give you an update on the whole PAINT series situation. PAINTERS, the sixth and finally book, is split up into four stories. Last not I finished the third, now all I need to do is complete the fourth and then tie them all together in the end. I have twelve more chapters to go and have given myself a 3 day, including today, deadline. I want to be able to say that I finished my horror series on Halloween. I think that would be an awesome coincidence.

DELIVERED...

So,

Today I got my copy of my book, it is so awesome, except for the permanent errors I made, but like I said I will go through it and resolve those errors. There are some parts that you could consider really messed up like when I repeated most of the same sentence twice. If I miss one please let me know in a comment, I'm anxious to hear what you guys think about my work and also to get my first comment. I am right in the middle, literally in the middle, of writing PAINTERS, I just finished chapter 20 last night and there is going to be 40. I'm hoping to finish it before Halloween, but I don't really see that happening, whenever I try to end a chapter it just keeps going and going, which is totally a good thing. When I'm finished writing it I will go through PAINT and give all the corrections I can.

Until then, Pu Evig Reven

ONE MORE THING

I forgot something,

I wanted to say Happy B-Day to Theodore Mechem (PAINT Series). He was born October 17th, 1990. And also a belated Happy B-Day to Oliver White (PAINT Series), he was born a day earlier. I made their birthdays one right after the other because the people whom I think should play them were born a day apart. Theo, Oct 17, 1990, me, Zach De Hart (Zade Hart), Jan 15. Ollie, Oct 16, 1990, Liam Hemsworth, Jan 14. Clever isn't it? Huh? Huh? Ah you don't care. Or do you?

PAINT... on Amazon?

Yo,

Today I was doing a little web surfing and I found my book listed on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. When it was put on those websites I haven't the slightest idea, I was told the official release date was about 8 weeks from early September. You'd think I would be given an exact date but... Anyway if anyone is interested, and I know you are, you can head two either of those sites or Publish America's. I ordered my copy a few hours ago. When I get it I will post all the corrections and give the page and line numbers.

Until next time,
Pu Evig Reven

P.S. If you search for the book you're better off searching for my Pen Name, which is Zade Hart. I tried looking up the title and there is a lot of stuff with "PAINT" in the title.

FINALLY!!!

It has finally happened,

I finally got the chance to pre-order the Nintendo Wii U and I took it. Yesterday, in my panic and worry of not acquiring a pre-order, I, and my parents, sat at Walmart from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. The line for the pre-orders was relatively short, us being the only ones in it. I felt like an idiot sitting there in the Photo Center all day, but I didn't want to take any chances. So now I have a Deluxe Wii U on layaway at Walmart. It was quite boring just sitting there until I started playing Ocarina of Time 3D. Time flew by while I made my way through the Shadow Temple. I did take a few breaks thought from standing in the nonexistent line. I wandered the store a few times and me and my dad ran (or drove for you wise anus') to Target and I pre-ordered New Super Mario Bros. U and ZombiU. In short, the experience wasn't as bad as I expected. It was a lot better then freezing outside of Target all night.
Now let me add some book-related stuff. I have recently started writing PAINTERS (I'm not sure if I have said this already. It's been a long time since I posted anything). It's coming along pretty good. I haven't hit any snags or have gotten any blocks... yet. I've written the first 8 chapters and there has already been tragedy and sacrifice. And something, if you think about it is very sad but is at the same time awesome. It also gives my next zombie-based series potential.
Well I think that's it for now. I just want to say one more thing before I sign off... Resident Evil 6... is... AWESOME!!! I beat it 8 times already. By the time the Wii U comes out and I switch to another zombie title (ZombiU) I will have probably beaten it fifty times.

Until the next time I feel like sharing a bit of my exciting life (wink, wink),

I WAS WRONG.

I was so wrong,

As mentioned twice above I was wrong. I thought I would just stroll into Gamestop on Tuesday and preorder a deluxe Wii U, but they are all sold out. I guess I spoke way too soon about the days of freezing outside in a Target parking lot being over, for it looks like that is what I'm going to be doing on the night of the 17th. Maybe all the hype is just for the preorders but I can't take that chance. If I have to I will sit outside for a week like those nutty iPhone fans. I've heard that there is some kind of manufacturing issue and that's why all the black Wii Us are sold out. I've googled it and everything I found was dated last month. How would anyone know about it a month before the release date and price were announced?

Resident Evil: Retribution

Sooo,

What did everyone think of the new RE? Uh? Uh? I loved it. It wasn't what I was expecting, it didn't feel very Resident Evilish to me, but I still really enjoyed. Everyone out there needs to go see it so that it can make enough for the sixth film to be made. If my dream of being in the next and last RE is kind of in your hands. I know a lot of people don't like it, and that's cool, but we need to see the end. Even those who don't much care for the zombie killing goodness must want to know how the series will end. Maybe we will get lucky enough to see Ms. Jovovich blow my head off or something. Perhaps after Resident Evil is all done PAINT can take it's place, in a sense anyway. PAINT could never beat out Resident Evil, but it might give all those hardcore RE fans something to look forward to after Alice retires. I have finished my latest assignment for my writing course so now I can resume writing my undead series. I have finished book 5, PAINTING, and can now start the epic conclusion, PAINTERS. I had an idea to write another book that takes place several years after PAINT and the other 5 books. It will star a new character that I introduce in book 6. I'll give you a hint, it's in my diaper and it's not a toaster. Just kidding. On another unrelated yet extremely awesome note, the Nintendo Wii U's release date and price has been announced. The just so happens to by my old man's birthday. November 18th. It is going to be so awesome. As soon as we get to town I'm going to preorder it. I probably don't need to, the days of people camping outside for video games seems to be over. I miss those days. I think I only sat outside for two systems. The Nintendo Gamecube, most of my family camped outside Best Buy for that one, and the Nintendo Wii, just me and the folks froze for that one. Well I can still look forward to freezing outside on Black Friday. Well I think I've rambled enough.

Until next time, Pu Evig Reven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IT IS HERE!!!

Hello everyone,

Today I got an email from Publish America that my book is available for purchase. I will paste the link below and again I apologize for the mistakes. I wrote PAINT in about a week, not because I was in a hurry or because I was rushed, I was just excited to finally start writing it. Once I get my copy I will read through it and post the page numbers where the mistakes were made and also their corrections. On a completely different note, I got a boost of confidence this Labor Day weekend. I was outside on my balcony at one in the morning playing my Ocarina and our neighbors at the top of the hill were whistling The Legend of Zelda songs for me to play. I played them all masterfully (not hardly) and got a round of applause.
Any who, I hope you like the book and look forward to hearing what everyone thinks. Unless they think it's bad.

Proof Review Finished

Aloha,

I have just finished reviewing the proofs for my book. The covers is all good but the actual story needs some work and unfortunately nothing can be changed. So I am apologizing now if you buy my book and find all the grammatical errors. That is a huge con for Publish America: NO EDITING. For someone like me who doesn't know much in that department it is definitely needed.
On another, nonbook related, note I don't think I was chosen to be an extra in Catching Fire. The casting company sent out the emails last night and haven't gotten one. They said it could take a while since they sent so many, but in a few hours it will have been a full day. It's really quite an upsetting and depressing thing not knowing if you're accepted, but what can you do but wait. I guess I can still hold out hope that Wipeout will think differently about me.

Proof Review

What's up,

Today I got the proofs for my book PAINT's cover art and page format. They took my idea for the cover and it's awesome. The title looks like it was painted, which it was, and there are drips running down from the letters. Then there is black paint swirled all around it. It's sweet. I'll keep everyone interested posted so keep reading.

Nintendo WiiU

Hello Everyone,

Last night was the night of the WiiU Experience and what an experience it was. It was so totally awesome. With all the people there and limited amount of time I had I didn't get try everything, but I did get my hands on the games at the top of my list. The first being The Legend of Zelda Battle Quest. It was so awesome and I totally kicked butt. I had the Gamepad while my dad had one of the Wii Remotes. Some duded there had the other remote. All the people who went before me weren't to good at shooting those Moblins or whatever they were, Bokoblins maybe, Is that what they're called? Anyway I almost never missed a shot, it was awesome. Next on my list was New Super Mario Bros. U. Not much can really be said about that game since all the NSMB games are all basically the same. The flying squirrel suit was pretty awesome, if you press X while gliding you can shoot up higher into the air, which is perfect to reach the flag in the end. I tried using the Gamepad while someone else controlled Mario, well actually they were controlling a yellow Toad, and that was pretty awesome too. Making those blocks can really help or hinder the person controlling one of the five different characters you can be.  That's another thing, you can still be a Mii. I was worried they might have changed that when they changed the name, but nope. Third was ZombiU. That game had the longest line and was where I spent most of my time at the event, that demo was longer then the others. It was pretty awesome I kind of died right away though, those bloody zombies pop out of no where, I got attacked by the same zombie I killed three times and eventually she killed me. At one part I had to find the last person who played before me. I found her in a hole in the floor. It was pretty creep when she looked up at me then ran away. I got to try the Luigi's Mansion game in Nintendo Land too and a little bit of Project P-100. Right after I started playing Project P-100 the event ended and I couldn't finish the demo, those jerks. But it was still an awesome time. The Gamepad was really light and comfortable. The grips on the back made it feel awesome to hold and the weight couldn't have been that much more then a Wii Remote. All and all I really enjoyed myself, Battle Quest being the highlight of the evening.

Keep on gaming and per usual, Pu Evig Reven.

Synopsis...

Seely and Sienna, two agents who belong to a group that specializes in stopping terrorism, go to investigate a small town called Snowfall where the production of illegal weaponry was rumored to have been taking place. When they arrive everyone is dead, but they don’t stay dead for long. All the residents become undead, flesh eating monsters and attack Seely and Sienna. As they fight to survive the hordes of zombies and mutated monsters, they unravel the mystery behind the outbreak and strive to stop those responsible. PAINT, it will eat you alive.

     Hello There,

So do you like it? I especially like the end when I say PAINT will eat you alive. And, although I don't mention it in the synopsis, paint does eat people alive, or at least make people eat other people alive.
Stay tuned if you want to know more about Seely and Sienna's fight for survival.

The Idiom

So,

Apparently CL Casting has changed their email address for The Idiom. They posted about it and from what I can tell you need to sign up for their mailing list and wait for them to email you. There was a slight grammatical error at the end of the post and it was a little hard to understand so I just sent an email anyway. They just posted that this morning so I don't think I'm too late. I can only hope.
Back on a more book related note I'm going to be posting the synopsis for PAINT soon. Then probably the first chapter and so on. I'm also working on a new synopsis for Zandulor. I will post it as soon as it is finished.

Over Quota

Yo again,

I tried to send my pictures to that casting company and I keep getting an email saying the address is over quota. That really sucks the meat. I'm going to take some new pictures in the morning and try sending it again. I really hope I can get my email in their in box. It's going to be really disappointing if I missed my chance to even have consideration. I would much rather be rejected then miss my chance because then I could be mad at them and not myself.

Anywho, Thgin Doog. (good night)

Catching Fire.

Yo,

I just send three pictures of myself and all my contact information to a casting company in Atlanta. If they like my pictures I could be an extra in Catching Fire. That would be one of the best things in the world. Having something, even the smallest something, to do with my favorite movies is definitely on my bucket list. I need to keep my eyes open for any parts in the next and final Resident Evil movie. Those movies are my all time favorites.
Wish me luck in all my endeavors(that is what every literary agency has said to me when they rejected me). God knows I'll need it, in my opinion my photos weren't good at all. But I guess most people think that about themselves.

Again, wish me luck and as always, Pu Evig Reven.

WIPEOUT!!!

Hellow Againe,

I just sent a form to ABC for Wipeout. I'm super excited and a little nervous. If they accept me I'll have to fly to Burbank and audition. I'm kind of terrified of people, especially if I have to do something like audition. I've never done it before, but it can't be pleasant. Camera's are also not on my list of comforting things. That isn't good for someone who would like to be an actor, but the best way to overcome fear is to face it. If Wipeout accepts me I plan on hitting my fears head on with a sledge hammer.

Wish me luck and again, Pu Evig Reven.

$1.00

Ello Awl,

Do you like my German accent? At least I think it's German. I'm not sure, Roger Smith from American Dad said it, but I can't remember who was being when he said it. Klaus comes to mind but... Anywho, today I got my $1 advance check for my book PAINT. It's not much, not by a long shot, but it means that my book is going to be published and hopefully, one day, if I work my butt off, it will see store shelves. I would to share some information about the movie adaptation of PAINT (if that ever happens, which I really hope will). First, and pretty much only, thing is the actors. Seely Howlington, PAINT's main protagonist, should totally be played by Sam Worthington. I have pictured him as that character from the beginning and have even made some adjustments to final draft of Seely's character to fit Mr. Worthington. Originally Seely had a British accent and the reason for that was because I read that Sam Worthington was born in England. This is true, but he did not grow up there. Australian is his native tongue so I added that Seely picked up the dialect when he spent a semester down under. Sienna Howlington, the second protagonist and Seely's lovely wife, should be played by the actress for whom she was named, and that would be Sienna Guillory. She, like Seely's original character, speaks with a British accent. She kicked major bum in Resident Evil and I think she would be, and actually already is, and awesome Sienna. Lora Caynn, Founder of B.A.T.U., the organization Seely and Sienna belong to, should be played by my personal favorite, Milla Jovovich. She has been my favorite actress ever since she was the Fifth Element. Roger Smith, another Ausie agent, should be played by Alex O'Loughlin. I imagined him as the big, marine type. And finally Theodore "Theo" Mechem, a young archer, should be played by none other then... me. I have had absolutely no professional training of any kind and have never acted before in my life, but I think I could be awesome at it. I basically have been doing it all my life. Ever since I was little, probably around five or six, I've being acting, kind of. It's mostly just been role playing in my backyard, but that's how I come up my crazy ideas for new stories. When I'm outside with my gun or sword (all fake by the way) I'm acting as all these different characters. Whether it's Seely or Silto, main character in my fantasy series, I play the role. I have even made myself cry a few times when I came to a dramatic scene. Like at the end of my fifth fantasy book there is a big dramatic scene and I cried every time I acted it out. Now that is commitment.
Well I think I've rambled long enough. I will be posting more on my journey to become a published author and more on PAINT and Zandulor (fantasy series title. Don't steal it.)
Until next time, Pu Evig Reven.

The Wii U Experience

Hello all my fellow Gamers,

Earlier today I got and email from Nintendo that said I was invited to play the Nintendo Wii U in Denver. It is going to be totally awesome. It's going to be my first ever gaming event. Yeah I'm pretty excited. Keep on playing and doing what you love.

P.S. I heard back from Publish America a few days ago and my book is now on the waiting list to be published. They said that it could take between six and nine months, which totally sucks, but at least I know that it will go to print. Another thing, regarding all the accusations about PA being a vanity publisher; I think I've discovered where these allegations came from. PA gave me the option to pay so that my book would be published faster. For $199 I could have my book published in two weeks. I opted out of it and decided to wait. I'll keep all my readers posted.

Don't believe everything you read.

Hellloo,

I have agreed to the terms and conditions of the contract Publish America has sent me. Now I just need to wait for them to send me the final contract so I can sign it. I was a bit skeptical about them at first. I was told about some discouraging information. I emailed Publish America about all the bad stuff I found on the internet and they said it is all nonsense. For all of you out there who are skeptical like I was, I will be posting all of my experiences with Publish America right here. So keep coming back if you want to know what Publish America is all about.

Until next time, "Shoot for the heart, in both love and battle." Cress Baker. He's a big character in my horror novel. You will soon be able to read all about him. As soon as PAINT is published.

The Best Day Ever!

Oh my God! Publish America has decided to publish my book! I am so excited and also really light headed. I really think I need to lay down. I will post any further news.

Pu Evig Reven! If no one has figured out what that means, I will reveal it for. It is never give up spelled backwards.

Publish America

     Hello again everyone,

Today might have been the coolest day of my life. Thanks to a certain actor who played Albert Wesker I have found a publisher that wants to read my horror book. If any excellent news comes up I will be sure to post about it. Everyone think very happy thoughts and wish me luck.

My Blogging Beginning

Hello to all of my future fans,

I've created this blog to help get some exposure for my books. I'm very new to this blog stuff so it will take me a while to get used to it. I already feel very overwhelmed. When I figure out what I'm doing I will be posting what ever I can about my books. My first book series is a fantasy novel. The best way to describe it would be to say its a mixture of Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Avatar: the Last Airbender, and last and definitely most, The Legend of Zelda. My second series is my horror series. It is my take on the whole zombie apocalypse thing. I suppose that's it for now. I will update as often as I can. I have limited internet usage so we'll see. Until next time, Pu Evig Reven. I let you readers (if there is any) decipher that little message from my book.
